In Indonesia, alfatoksin are mycotoxins (toxins produced by fungi in certain conditions of humidity and temperature) are often found on agricultural products and processed products. In addition, alfatoksin residues and their metabolites are also found in products such as dairy farmers, eggs, and chicken meat.
"But do not worry, the risk of liver cancer (only) if a person is constantly eating foods that contain alfatoksin. However, if only occasionally, toxins carried by the urine can be lost, "said Prof Ali.
Therefore, make it more secure, Prof. Ali suggested should be eating peanuts when conditions are still fresh, so a small possibility of mushrooms grown. "Avoid eating nuts with the conditions already rotten," he said.
